Joe Scodius, Vice President
Joe Scodius joins Dick Wray Executive Search with twenty plus years of search experience. Previously Joe was with a well established search firm, where he was instrumental in elevating it from a mid-level finance contingency firm to an executive level search boutique. An experienced search executive recruiter, Joe has successfully conducted several cross-functional, C-level searches for Fortune 200 companies, as well as private equity firms. He is based in Chicago and focused on retail and consumer companies.
Prior to his career in executive search, Joe spent five years with Jewel Food Stores in both store and headquarters management positions.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
