Tom Rollert, Vice President
Tom Rollert, a Vice President of Wray Executive Search, first joined the firm in 2001, following a career of more than thirty years in various key executive positions within the foodservice business. An experienced franchise, operations and technical recruiter, Tom’s background in operations, food product development, franchise development and opening new markets provides an in-depth, firsthand knowledge of executive requirements.
Casual Dining, Family Dining and Quick Service Restaurant Executive
Prior to joining Wray Executive Search, Tom gained an extensive understanding of leadership of the restaurant business. His experience includes Vice President and Director level responsibilities in casual dining, family dining, quick service restaurant and highway hospitality segments. Previous positions include VP, operations and development; Sr. Director, technical services; Recruiting Director, and Purchasing Director for an international subsidiary of a leading QSR chain.
Rollert holds a Bachelors Degree in Microbiology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
